Delivery/Production Times

Delivery/Production times vary for each product. 

Dropboxes are currently on a 2-3 week turnaround due to the personalisation and work involved in production. There is a VIP option which you can add to your order which reduces the turnaround time.

Smaller items such as teacher gifts, keyrings and baubles have a maxium 1 week turnaround.

Larger items such as wishing well, postboxes and candy stalls have a 1-2 week turnaround.

The above production times may vary at peak times such as Christmas.

All large items are shipped with Parcelforce and take 48 hours for delivery once shipped.  All smaller items are shipped with Royal Mail and are usually sent RM48.
